Individual Psychotherpay
We offer individual psychotherapy to support you on your unique journey—both in-person and virtually. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, we provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore whatever you're going through.
Our in-person sessions take place in Toronto’s Beaches neighborhood, conveniently located near the end of the Queen Streetcar loop at Queen Street East and Victoria Park Avenue. For those who prefer or require remote support, we also offer secure virtual sessions.

Walking Therapy
Walking therapy combines traditional talk therapy with the natural rhythm of walking. Instead of sitting indoors, we take our sessions outside—moving through conversation and landscape at the same time.
Processing thoughts and emotions while walking can create a sense of flow, helping you feel more grounded and at ease. Movement can reduce stress, unlock stuck feelings, and support clarity in ways that sitting still sometimes can’t.
Being outdoors, side-by-side rather than face-to-face, can also make it easier to open up. Whether it’s the fresh air, the rhythm of your steps, or the spaciousness of the environment, walking therapy invites a more embodied, natural way to explore what you’re carrying—and gently move through it.
