Our Approach
We offer a compassionate and holistic approach to therapy, grounded in:
Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including:
Spiritually integrated psychotherapy
Central to our approach is the integration of Ignatian spirituality, particularly the Jesuit tradition of discernment of spirits as developed by St. Ignatius of Loyola.
This practice helps individuals navigate the internal movements of the soul—those that lead to hope, love, and flourishing, and those that steer us away from them—grounded in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius.
Through this comprehensive framework, we aim to create a safe space where clients can explore their inner worlds, heal from past wounds, and align their lives with their deepest values and aspirations.

Where It All Began
About Us
I was 22 years old when I set out on the journey of a lifetime. I was entering my final year of university and wasn’t sure what path to take in life. I was searching for meaning, purpose, and clarity but didn’t know where to begin. I wanted to go on an adventure but wasn’t sure where to go.
My father, knowing I was spiritually oriented and philosophically inclined, told me about something called the pilgrimage of Camino de Santiago. I had never heard of the word "pilgrimage" before, but I was intrigued.
I began my research and felt myself coming alive—excited and hopeful. This would be the first real adventure I would embark on alone, leaving the comfort and security of the familiar to venture into the unknown. The more I researched, the more everything seemed to fall into place: signs confirming this was the right path, synchronous events…
Around that time, the movie The Way was released—a film about a father walking the pilgrimage for his son, who had passed away on the trail. I remember sitting by myself in the local theater near my house, thinking, “I’m meant to do this.”
Six months later, I did. I laced up my boots, packed my bag, and began the 800-kilometer journey to Santiago.
The 40-day trek—walking up and down mountains, across rivers, and through valleys—would become a summer that forever changed my life, my direction, and the way I would continue walking the rest of my pilgrimage through life.
